I was drawn to the field of psychology for four reasons: compassion, creativity, change and curiosity. I believe in the fundamental principle of change and in helping clients to become their own change agent. I also believe in the power of hope... that despite our darkest of days, hope is always on the horizon. I enjoy being a part of each client's journey as we work toward meeting their goals.
I use an eclectic approach to therapy that utilizes a wide range of skills and techniques. Each approach is carefully crafted and implemented to meet objectives, continue growth and create a dynamic and engaging environment for clients.
My experience also varies widely. I enjoy working with many different kinds of people and issues. I work diligently to create an environment that is safe for all clients, where nonjudgement and confidentiality are held in high regard. Let me help you on your journey to a happier, healthier you!
