About Me
Some of my favorite things are rock hounding, going to hot springs and engaging in word play (puns, anyone?). I'm often described as quirky, sincere, non-judgemental and occasionally "neuro spicy".
I've worked extensively with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or chronic mental health as well as those that support them. In addition to my graduate training, I completed a year long program in Sex Therapy that gave me extensive training in human sexuality, gender, sexual orientation and alternative relationship structures. Social justice, multi-cultural awareness and anti-racism has been centralized in all of my education.
I use systems theory and take a strengths-based approach in therapy. I am also trained in Person Centered Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I do my best to take the approach that works best for you.
I'd love the chance to work with you on meeting your wellness goals. Call today and schedule your free 20 minute consultation!
