About Me

My passion is helping others. I have worked in the counseling field for over 9 years and often integrate nutrition into my therapy. I have developed a unique approach to counseling by combining cognitive behavior therapy and nutritional supplementation.

I enjoy working with a wide variety of issues and people. I treat a lot of depression, anxiety, relationship problems and grief/loss. I also have a lot of experience in working with Alzheimer's and other dementias, including individual and family work.

Therapy can take on many different forms. My job as a therapist is to provide a safe, nonjudgmental environment in which to work on personal concerns and/or relationship issues in order to facilitate change.
