About Me
I deeply enjoy being a therapist and working with all types of people. Outside of counseling, I love baking new recipes (and eating them), reading, music, nature, gardening and meditation. I am also a mother to two amazing boys, a teen and a toddler. I adore spending time with my boys, my husband and our large extended families… usually making each other laugh way too hard!
Cultivating an authentic and deep working relationship with each of my clients is important to me. I pride myself on providing warm, non-judgmental sessions. I bring my real self to this work and believe that my authentic care creates an environment for your ultimate growth.
I believe in treating the whole self. My perspective is based in compassion, incorporating meditative practices and mindfulness. I enjoy using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and have extensive experience and training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. These interventions can give you the tools to work through a wide variety of issues that you may find yourself struggling with.
I invite you to allow me the honor and privilege of helping you through your struggles. Call today or email me for a free 20 minute consultation.
